Our aim is to look after you, to ensure your experience in baby hire items is just what you need.
Our process is simple. No Paperwork, No Security Deposits, No Cancellation Fees, No hassles. Simply order your products either online or by giving us a call or email. We work with all the car rental companies across Cairns. We work with all the accommodation providers, both resorts directly and externally agent managed holiday accommodation venues in Cairns, Trinity Beach, Palm Cove and Port Douglas. Once we have your requested items, dates and booking names we work with the agent to ensure we have access to your room/house/rental car prior to check-in. The same applies on check-out, we collect your items after your departure. We also aim to have items delivered to your accommodation prior to the 2pm check-in times. When your room is accessible when we arrive to deliver your baby hire items we will even have the items ready and waiting in your room prior to your arrival. We then arrange the collection from your room after you check out. With our service you don’t need to worry about trying to move your baby hire items in or out of your room, we do this for you.
We have your baby hire car seats, capsules and booster seats installed into hire cars at Cairns Car Rentals, prior to you even arriving and collecting your car. When you return your car we organise the collection of your items with the car hire company. You don’t need to worry about juggling little ones, luggage and installing car seats when you arrive; we look after you by having everything ready and waiting.
We even offer the premium service of relocating your items between venues, so if you move accommodation venues throughout your holiday we will arrange delivery to one place, collection from another and the relocation in the middle, leaving you more time to enjoy your holiday.
