Working in conjunction with the many resorts and car rentals along with visitors travelers throughout Cairns, Palm Cove and Port Douglas we developed our unique product range and customised easy process that ensures our guests visiting our beautiful tropics, experience a wonderful, seamless end to end baby hire experience. We have designed our business around the below principles, beginning with the consumer expectations and with the main aim of looking after little ones and our customers.  Our large premium range of baby hire items is selected for quality, durability, and ease of use, so being on holidays and exploring the wonderful tropics can be a wonderful experience to remember.

We have developed lasting relationships with the various resorts, accommodation venues and car rental companies to ensure we cater for every baby hire need you have while in Cairns, Palm Cove or Port Douglas. We even offer split delivery services so you can have your capsules, car seats and booster seats installed by accredited restraint fitters, waiting in your hire car prior to your arrival and all other baby equipment hire items ready and waiting for you at your accommodation venue prior to checking in. In many cases we even set the items up in the room for you, making it as close to a home away from home for you as possible. If you are moving between accommodation venues we even offer a relocation service where we will move your items between one venue and the next. You can start a holiday in Palm cove with baby hire items and finish the holiday in Port Douglas and we will make arrangements for you, so you can have items delivered to one venue and collected from another.

Our processes were designed with simplicity in mind, to be easy, and done just for you. The way it should be. You can either select your products online or by calling or emailing, you can even pay for your items online or over the phone. Your items will be delivered to either your accommodation or your rental car and if your room is ready, set-up in your room prior to check-in (2pm), which happens in most cases and for car rentals we will ensure items are ready and waiting in your car prior to your arrival. At the end of the hire period, we will simply collect your items on the day of check-out (10am) from your accommodation. With car rentals we collect the items from the car hire company so you don’t need to move anything anywhere, let us do that for you. No Security deposits, No time-consuming paperwork, No cancellation fees, “NO HASSLES”, after all, you’re on holidays!.

We are also locals with children and understand the requirements for traveling to the tropics with babies and young ones which is why we like to alleviate any unnecessary stress you may face in trying to handle the logistics of traveling with little ones. We are always here to help you!
